Resetting Judge Password

  • If a judge needs to reset their password, direct judge to “Forgot Password” on log in screen. Then locate an email sent to them by Office@NCFCA.org. They can search their inbox and SPAM folder for this sender or subject: NCFCA Reset Email.
  • If a judge is unable to reset their password (can’t retrieve email with password reset), the Judge Support Lead should reach out to the POC on the Platform Support space.
