The Judge Support Team’s purpose is to guide the judge through the tournament from arrival through submission of his/her ballot(s), ensuring a positive experience for judges and timely progression of the tournament. We want our Community Judges to feel like they’ve been given the “Red Carpet Treatment”.
The Judge Support Team will assist judges in accessing My Place, selecting and submitting ballots, and troubleshooting technical issues. It is also responsible for managing our loaner devices and monitoring the tournament Chat.
