Arrival and Setup

Familiarize yourself with the facility, noting difficult areas to access (stairs, areas without elevators, distant buildings, etc).
Oversee the setup of the Judge Support and device checkout tables
- Judge Support Table Setup
  - 2 tables with chairs for each member
  - Printed documents
    - Extra maps and/or map QR code
    - Copies of schedule and speech patterns
    - Flow sheets for debate
  - Other supplies
    - Bowl of mints
    - NCFCA Pens in pen cup
    - Lead and team folders
- Device Table Setup
  - Extra table behind JS tables for charging/storing devices
    - Extension cords/power strips
    - Check-out log in each device
    - Clipboard or folder for Logs of devices in use
