Assisting Judges at Round Start

  • When the Ballot Admin (BA) team opens the rooms, confirm that the CJ has the “view ballot” button and enters the room on their dashboard.
  • Make an announcement when rooms are ready if judges are lingering after notifications. Encourage judges to proceed to their competition rooms.
  • Escort the CJ to his/her room, if needed.
