- Keep the Mission Central
Remember that every effort supports the mission of NCFCA: to challenge and equip ambassadors for Christ to communicate truth with integrity and grace. Pray for your tournaments, your team, and the judges who will serve.
- Build Momentum Early
In every detail—emails, folders, schedules, and conversations—your preparation helps others to recruit effectively. Review your tools, timelines, and team plans before the season begins. Reach out to clubs and families early to equip, encourage, and empower them to take part in the recruiting process.
- Celebrate Progress
Take time to recognize a single new judge or a major milestone. Regularly thank those who contribute along the way. Celebrating wins keeps enthusiasm high and reminds everyone that every effort—large or small—matters.
