Recruiting community judges is a vital part of any NCFCA tournament.

Every community judge’s participation contributes to the NCFCA’s mission to challenge and equip ambassadors for Christ to communicate truth with integrity and grace.

In this course, Regional Judge Recruitment Coordinators (RJRCs) and their Judge Recruitment Leads (JRLs) and JR Team Members will gain tools, strategies, and confidence to build and implement an effective recruiting plan.
