Judge Recruitment

Training for RJRC, JRL, and JRT

Judge Recruitment Training Overview

Successful community judge recruitment helps tournaments run smoothly. The most common cause of scheduling delays is simply not having enough judges.

As an RJRC or JRL, part of your role is to help empower clubs and families to recruit confidently within their communities. You serve as their cheerleader, their coach, and their guide throughout the process.

Effective recruitment starts with understanding your region’s needs and grows through purposeful planning that equips others to take action. When you communicate clear goals and share simple, ready-to-use tools, you make participation easier and help maintain strong momentum throughout the season.
