Training for Leads and Teams

 

Post-Round Responsibilities

Ensure rooms are ready for the next round and any incidents are properly documented.

Post- Round Responsibilities:

  • Toggle rooms “Finished” on dashboard.
  • Thank and dismiss judges to Judge Hospitality.
  • Reset room for next round

When All Rounds are Complete:

  • Return any signs, cards, or materials to Logistics.
  • Reset room per setup diagram to original setup. (Facilities helps)

Comms Lead

  • Collect and pack Comms Supplies
  • Coordinate who will be taking Comms supplies to next tournament
