Notify the Comms Lead via the team text thread five minutes before speech rounds begin and 5 minutes after debate rounds begin. Include room number and judge name.
You may refer competitors to review the Tournament Prep Guide. Competitors must remain in charge of their own troubleshooting.
Non-competing Affiliates – Escort them to Logistics.
Guests or judges - Escort them to the Welcome team and inform the Safety Coordinator.
Competitors – Direct them to Logistics for a replacement name tag. It is the competitor’s responsibility to decide if they have enough time before their scheduled round and whether they wish to compete with or without a name tag.
Toggle the room to “Finished,” encourage judges to return to Hospitality for ballot completion, and reset the room.
