Information: Account Set Up and Navigate My Place

Affiliation and Account Management

Both new and returning families need to review each profile in their family to be sure they are up to date using the Family option in the left-hand column at MyPlace

New Families: Account Creation

One adult family member should create the family account and purchase the Qualifying Affiliation. Then, each family member will log in separately using the email and password set on their profile.

All Families: Adding and Updating Account Profiles

Every individual who will participate in a tournament must have an individual profile with a unique and verifiable email address, including junior competitors. To add or manage profiles select Family on the left side of MyPlace.

Non-competing Juniors and younger siblings can be added as guests during tournament registration.

Recent graduates need an adult on their account to: 1) change their Person Type from Student to Adult, and 2) toggle the Alumni button to make the alumni eligible to judge.

Juniors moving up to become an eligible competitor for qualifying tournaments need to have their status updated under the Student Eligibility tab.

Pro Tip: If a “server error” message appears regarding an email address, please check that the email account is not already in use for a different family member. Otherwise, contact the NCFCA office at Office@NCFCA.org for help to resolve the issue.
