Setup for Tournament Spaces
Coordinate with the TC and Communications Director for assistance during set-up. This will ensure concerns are addressed ahead of time.
- Set up tournament admin areas
- Prepare rooms for competition
- judges should have access to power strips or an outlet
- Set up fellowship and/or announcement space with a sound system to be used each morning for announcements and on the final day for awards.
- Reserve parking spaces for church staff members or faculty, if needed

- 3 tables that are adequate sizes for debaters, judges, 8 chairs, lectern, charging cord for judge table
- Use blue tape to label any furniture moved to a different room. Label the furniture with the room # it came from.
