The purpose of the Compliance department at a tournament is to receive, document, and give information.- The department receives questions from judges and affiliates regarding possible rule violations.
- That information is documented and given to leadership for the purpose of accurate and just decision-making.
- Information is also given to families during adjudication.
- The department also handles the exchange of evidence between judges and students.
