Starting Elimination Rounds
Group 1
- Open Group 1 (CJ’s only) at 45 min prior to the round, when they begin to show up.
- NM sends notification to CJ’s By Round that ballot selection is open.
Groups 2 & 3
- Immediately after break announcements
- BM opens to Group 2 & 3 per BAL or RC
- BM releases postings.
- NM sends notification to parents that ballot selection is open & parents should not take a ballot in categories their students broke.
- NM sends the notifications about postings.
Balloting Elimination Rounds
- BM Continue to monitor that CJ’s are also getting ballots.
NM will send a notification before the round begins, letting judges know the time sensitive nature of the round and when the ballot return time is.
