Ballot Lead
The BAL will go to Judge Hospitality to assist in the Finals Rounds. When there, the BAL will verify with the Judge Support Lead the appropriate names are listed for Community Judges and Alumni on the Judge Tracking Report for TP and LD Finals.
When judges have computers opened and are logging into the MyPlace, the BAL will Open to Groups 1 and 2, so they can select and open their own ballots.
The BAL will manually enter the Parent Judges for TP and LD Rounds.
When the TP and LD judges leave Judge Hospitality text the appropriate, so they know the judges are en route to their debates.
